This program aims to strengthen the role of civil society and to encourage proactive civil society at the national, regional and European level.
The program is encouraging and strengthening the dialogue of civil society organizations that deal with topics related to the EU acquis and it is implemented through group study visits to Brussels, organized by the DG Enlargement of the European Commission, and within the framework of the TAIEX instrument i.e. related thematic programs in the participating countries.
The European Commission has prepared a plan of implementation activities. Information about each study visit will be published on the website of the Office for NGOs, including a call for expressions of interest and instructions for participants (see the link below).
Selection of participants is carried out by the European Commission with support from the EU Delegation in each country and other institutions dealing with areas of civil society at national and European level.
